Effective October 27, 2026
Data minimization is the first rule
The fleet tools are designed for aliases and general operating information. Do not enter real account or tag numbers, complete plates, VINs, passwords, Toll Bills, full statements, payment details, identity documents, payroll details, Social Security numbers, or confidential employee files.
Browser-local roster processing
When you explicitly save a fleet-tool record, the current browser profile stores it locally on the device. The site does not upload, synchronize, or automatically email that roster. Other browsers, profiles, devices, and coworkers cannot see the same local record unless you separately share an exported file.
You may clear a module or the entire fleet record with the on-screen controls. Clearing browser storage can also remove it. If browser storage is unavailable, records last only for the open page session.
No toll-account access or statement upload
The site has no connection to a toll account and cannot retrieve balances, vehicles, tags, or transactions. The statement organizer accepts only manually entered minimum context; it has no file-upload field.
Email questions
The Ask page prepares a draft in the visitor’s email application. Nothing is sent automatically by the website. If the visitor chooses to send the draft, the message is then handled by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers and authorized mailbox practices.
Retention and deletion
Browser-local roster retention is controlled by the visitor’s browser profile and clear controls. For an email the visitor sends, retention depends on the actual mailbox practice and applicable record obligations; this policy does not invent an automatic deletion period. To request review or deletion of an email held by the publisher, write to [email protected] from the address used and identify the message by date and subject without resending sensitive data.
Exports and shared devices
CSV and text exports are created on the user’s device. The user controls where they are saved and who receives them. On a shared computer, use an authorized browser profile and clear records when appropriate under the company’s own policy.
Security limits
No browser-only tool can guarantee confidentiality, detect every sensitive identifier, or replace company access controls, backups, or incident response. Use the minimum information required.
