Internal organizational use
The portal provides educational information and browser-local worksheets for internal fleet organization. It is not a toll account, dispatch service, official record system, legal service, or payment processor.
No official vehicle-class determination
Vehicle types, general classes, mounting locations, and compatibility answers are supplied by the user. A comparison result cannot determine an official class, fee, axle category, mounting requirement, or transfer eligibility.
User verifies every transfer separately
The user is responsible for confirming applicable toll-program rules, official account vehicle lists, class requirements, mounting instructions, and whether a movement is permitted before using a tag in another vehicle. This site does not authorize or complete transfers.
No modification of official records
The portal cannot add, remove, or update vehicles or tags; access balances; activate, deactivate, replace, or program a device; report a lost tag; process a payment or dispute; or decide Toll Bill or toll liability.
Reports are not official statements
A roster, assignment board, dispatch card, statement match, audit, incident sheet, and monthly report reflect only browser-local user input and calculations. They are not official account statements, proof of a read, proof of driver identity, or evidence of charge correctness.
No guarantee of avoided charges
Use of the portal does not guarantee tag readability, correct assignment, transaction matching, prevention of duplicate-looking activity, avoidance of tolls or penalties, account accuracy, or advertising approval.
User responsibility and acceptable data
Users must have authority to record the internal business information they enter and must avoid official identifiers, passwords, payments, documents, and employee-confidential data. Users are responsible for exported files and use on shared devices.
Independent status and trademarks
Costaspaintingcontracting is not affiliated with or endorsed by E‑ZPass, E‑ZPass New Jersey, NJ E‑ZPass, a toll-road operator, or a tag issuer. Third-party names are used descriptively for educational context and remain the property of their respective owners.
